Kent Berk was born in Denver, Colorado, and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1972.  He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in business/finance in 1988.  Kent graduated with magna cum laude and order of the coif honors from Tulane Law School in 1992.  He then held a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Sherman G. Finesilver, Chief Judge, United States District Court, Colorado. 

After his clerkship, Kent joined the then second largest law firm in Arizona, O’Connor Cavanagh, where he handled all types of disputes, litigation and arbitrations from 1993 to 1996.  Always wanting to own his own business, in 1996, Kent started his own law firm, now Berk & Moskowitz, P.C.  Since then, Kent has regularly handled all types of disputes, lawsuits and arbitrations, with particular emphasis on real estate, probate, estate and will, insurance, debt collection, business and contract.

Clients often characterize Kent as tenacious, knowledgeable, thorough and aggressive.  Kent treats his clients as he would want to be treated if he were involved in a legal matter.  He constantly considers the legal strategies available in light of the practical, emotional and economic consequences of potential options and results.  He gives each client personalized attention and strives to handle each matter in an efficient and cost-effective manner.   He goes the extra distance.  If you would like more information, please contact us.
